Arrive by 9 am and help get the stage and sound system set up. We always need people to help us set up in the mornings.
Arrive by 3:45 pm
Help get Registration and food areas set up. FInish any last minute details that needs to be completed before Gates Open.
During arrival, parking lot duties entail directing traffic in front of drop off area, directing busses and cars to parking lots & managing gates. Officers will direct traffic at the end of the event.
Arrive by 4:15 pm (students begin arriving early)
Registration entails greeting people with a smile, registering students, giving bracelets & directing people to correct locations.
Arrive between 4:15-4:30 pm
We start serving food around 5:15 and will stop serving promptly at 6:30 when the gates open to the field.
At the end of the night, we can give away any food that is left over. We do not want students to miss any of the program. THIS IS WHY THEY ARE HERE!
Arrive by 4:15-4:45 pm
There are officers at the event in case of problems (we have not ever had any issues). Keep students in designated areas. Monitor bathrooms, under bleachers & other assigned areas. Direct students to and from the field. We do NOT want any students sitting in stands during the program. Adults not volunteering may use the stands or adults with small children. Students must be on the field or leave the event.
Arrive by 5:45 pm
If you did not sign up to be a prayer partner, but would like to be one, follow the steps below:
- Training Session for Prayer Partners -Please take a few minutes to watch the video linked in the email confirmation
- As Micah begins the "Call to Action", you can make your way down behind the stage to be ready to listen and pray with the students.
PLEASE get a completed a commitment card. This is our only way to follow up with them!

As soon as program ends, meet near the ticket booth and we will divide and conquer. This entails picking up trash, breaking down tables & chairs, gathering registration stuff, etc. We should be finished by 9:00 pm.
